Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India. We ship via trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, and BlueDart.
Yes! Free shipping on all orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 attract a nominal shipping fee of ₹60.
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email. You can also track your order on your My Orders page.
Yes, we deliver to all major cities and towns across India including remote pin codes.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day easy return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Log in to your account, go to My Orders, and click "Request Return" on the eligible order. Our team will arrange a pickup within 2–3 business days.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and quality-checked. The amount is credited to your original payment method.
Sale items, innerwear, and customised products are not eligible for return. All other items can be returned within 7 days.
Payments
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Yes, COD is available on all orders above ₹100 across India.
Yes. All online payments are processed securely via PayU (PCI-DSS certified). We never store your card details.
Don't worry — failed payments are automatically refunded within 3–5 business days by your bank. If not received, email us at support@krylixstore.com with your transaction ID.

Most popular products are restocked. You can wishlist a sold-out item and we'll notify you when it's back.

No! You can checkout as a guest using your email. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and get exclusive offers.
Orders can be cancelled before they are approved by our team. Go to My Orders and click "Cancel Order". Once approved for dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.
