Log in → My Orders → Click "Return" on the item within 7 days of delivery.

Pack & Ship
Pack the item in its original packaging. Our team will contact you for pickup details.

Refund Issued
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.
1. Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return if:
- The return request is raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- The item was not purchased during a special non-returnable sale.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Innerwear, socks, and other hygiene-sensitive products.
- Damaged items due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and quality inspection is complete:
- Online Payments (UPI / Card / Net Banking): Refund credited to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund issued via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) within 7–10 business days. You will need to provide your bank account details when submitting the return request.
- Store Credit: Alternatively, you may opt for store credit (Krylix Wallet), which is issued within 48 hours of return approval.
3. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges for size-related issues only. To request an exchange:
- Raise a return request within 7 days, mentioning the correct size in the reason.
- The replacement item will be dispatched within 3–5 business days after we receive the original.
- Subject to stock availability. If the size is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
4. Damaged / Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@krylixstore.com with your order number and photos.
- We will arrange a free reverse pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund, as per your preference.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
- To cancel, go to My Orders → Click "Cancel Order".
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled — please use the return process instead.
6. Shipping Charges on Returns
- Returns due to damaged/wrong items: Free reverse pickup arranged by us.
- Returns due to change of mind or size issues: Reverse shipping charges of ₹60 may be deducted from the refund amount, or you may self-ship the item.
