• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only upon payment verification and our written or email confirmation.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., stock unavailability, pricing errors, fraud suspicion). A full refund will be issued in such cases.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant). We do not store card or UPI credentials.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to a verification call before dispatch.
